I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy regulates the main principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data in the electronic store marketronic.lt.
2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

3.3.1. the data subject gives consent, i. y. agrees to abide by the E-Commerce Rules;
3.3.2. a contract is concluded or performed when one of the parties is a data subject;
3.3.3. marketronic.lt is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
3.3.4. personal data must be processed for the legitimate interest of marketronic.lt or the third party to whom the personal data is provided and if the interests of the data subject are not more important.
3.4. Personal data is constantly updated.
3.5. Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
3.6. Personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such a right.
3.7. All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
3.8. The State Data Protection Inspectorate shall be notified of the processing of personal data in accordance with the established procedure.

II. COLLECTION, PROCESSING, STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4. E-shop marketronic.lt respects everyone’s right to privacy. Your personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed in order to:
4.1. orders for your goods will be processed;
4.2. financial documents are issued;
4.3. problems relating to the presentation or delivery of goods are resolved;
4.4. other contractual obligations are fulfilled;
5. You must provide complete and correct personal data when registering in the e-shop.
6. In processing and storing your personal data, the marketronic.lt website implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
7. marketronic.lt may use data not directly related to your person for statistical purposes, i. y. data on purchased goods. Such statistics will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Customer’s identity or other personal data that could be used to identify the Customer.

III. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

8. marketronic.lt reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:
8.1. only 4.3 of this document. to achieve the objectives referred to in paragraph
8.2. only in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;

IV. MODIFICATION OR UPDATING OF PERSONAL DATA

9. You have the right to change and / or update the information provided in the registration form.

V. TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION OR CLAIMS

10. You have the right to request the modification or suspension of the processing of your personal data after you have authorized the processing of your personal data.
11. The website marketronic.lt, having received your request for the processing of personal data, will provide you with an answer no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of your request. Only requests for the processing of personal data that are submitted in writing will be considered.

VI. CHANGING THE PRIVACY POLICY

12. E-shop marketronic.lt has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by notifying the e-shop and the specified e-mail. by mail.
13. Additions or changes to the Privacy Policy take effect from the date of their publication, i. y. from the day they are published in the e-shop system.
14. If you do not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, you have the right to express it in writing (e-mail info@marketronic.lt) provided that you lose the right to use the e-shop services.
15. If you continue to use the services provided by the e-shop after the addition or change of the Privacy Policy, it is considered that you agree with the new version.
