Returning the goods

When purchasing non-food items in the store, you have 14 days, during which you can replace the purchased items with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness.

However, it should be noted that you can exercise the right to return the goods only if the item you purchased has not been used, is undamaged, has not lost its appearance, and the buyer has documents proving the purchase of the item from the seller.

If the product purchased online does not meet your expectations within 14 days of purchase, you will be able to return it and get a refund for the product. The returned product should be unused, complete, not lost in appearance or otherwise damaged, with neat original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a transfer to the payer’s account within 3 business days.

PS: Please note

Probably the biggest obstacle that prevents consumers from exercising their right to return a quality product is that people do not know enough about their rights as consumers or do not know exactly how long it can take to return a quality product. It is also not uncommon for buyers to throw away the original packaging, without which the seller may not accept the goods.
